Landscape | Hardscape Installer

North County Landscape Co. has a rare opportunity for the right person in the position of Landscape Construction Installer. To be successful in this job you must:enjoy working outside year-round have an insurable driving record and have an eye for detail. You must work well on a close-knit team and be able to follow directions from the Crew Leader/Supervisor. The successful candidate will fit into our five-star values culture.

Job Summary

LandscapingInstallers are part of a twoto three-member team that works outside year-round installing paver patios retaining walls planting beds irrigation drainage and more!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow directions as givenby your Crew Leader & Project Supervisor.
• Usethe appropriate tools & equipment for each task safely and as specified.
• Assist with daily loading unloading and checklists oftrucks trailers and equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to lift 60 lbs consistently throughout the day as the project requires.
• Must be able to bend and squat frequently throughout the day.
• Work for 10 or more hours per day in potentially adverse weather conditions.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to ask questions and communicate understanding.
• Desire to learn the trade of landscaping.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Desired Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
• Valid WA State drivers license with an insurable driving record.
• Landscaping hardscaping and or irrigation experience.
