The Regional Centre of Excellence (CoE) department focuses on strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and experiences for Grabs driver- and merchant- partners. We are a think tank in promoting continuous improvements of driver- and merchant-related operational processes and technology products through experiments and project implementations.
Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
You have an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving operational process improvements and product automations aimed at providing the best experience for Grabs driver- and merchant-partners across South East Asia. As a trainee you will contribute to strategic projects collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop skills in project management and operational excellence.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategic Planning Support: You will develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational effectiveness through process optimization and product automation.
- Project Coordination: You will help manage key projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams across countries regions and functions to ensure smooth execution.
- Operational Process Improvement: You will help to identify opportunities for process standardisation and framework improvements across countries to enhance efficiency and improve the experience of driver- and merchant-partners.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Team Collaboration: You will collaborate and work with various teams across the region to support and implement strategic initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: You will help to analyse operational data to identify trends challenges and opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You are a fresh graduate from the fields of Engineering Business or similar;
- Analytical reporting and data-driven decision-making
- End-to-end cross-functional Project Management
- Strategic thinking and process optimisation
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments and ability to thrive independently
