Junior Global Production Support

Were looking for a Junior Global Production Support to join us in Warsaw and assist our Global Production team in their daily work. If youd like to gain hands-on experience in supporting the administrative and operational side of promotional materials production within the gaming industry this role might be a great opportunity for you.

Daily Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations for basic marketing orders and collecting supplier offers.
• Placing orders for the manufacturing of physical games and merchandise items.
• Coordinating daily communication with suppliers and game distributors (worldwide).
• Maintaining ongoing cooperation with design producers regarding the preparation of production files ensuring compliance with technical requirements and coordinating production timelines.
• Managing print materials for production (ordering color proofs verifying files sharing source materials with distributors).
• Conducting ongoing market research and preparing analyses and recommendations for the supervisor.
• Tracking the status of current orders to monitor supplier execution.
• Processing orders in the ERP system (purchases sales invoices).
• Collecting verifying describing and processing invoices.
• Supporting the Global Production Team in daily administrative and organizational tasks.

Qualifications :

• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and proactive attitude.
• Studies related to process/production management will be considered an advantage.
