Job Summary

Reports To: QA Manager Test CoE Lead
Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer Test Lead to drive quality assurance across our digital channels including web and mobile planograms. This role is pivotal in defining and exscind automaon strategies collaborang with Test CoE partners and ensuring the delivery of high quality digital soluons. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge technical experose and strong leadership capabilies to elevate QA service delivery. SDET level proficiency is essential to bridge the gap
between development and testing enabling robust automaon and connuous integraon practces Define and lead end to end testing strategies across SDLC phases (SIT UAT PT).
Develop and implement automation frameworks and test plans for web and mobile channels
using tools such as Selenium Appium Playwright Cypress.
Drive device cloud and real device based testing to ensure broad coverage.
Review business and functional requirements to design robust test scripts ensuring
functional performance and security standards.
Lead QA readiness reviews defect triage sessions and risk
Apply SDET principles to build scalable test automation frameworks integrated with CI CD
pipelines. Mentor and manage QA teams (onshore/offshore) fostering a culture of learning and
continuous improvement.
Collaborate with third party vendors and system providers to align test scope SLAs and
defect resolutions. Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
Proven experience in testing digital channels (web/mobile).
Handson expersise with automation tools: Selenium Appium Playwright Cypress UFT
JMeter TestNG Postman
