About the role:

As a Senior HR Consultant in our HR Policy and Reward team you will:

• Provide high-quality HR services: Advise on a range of HR responsibilities to support the direction of our organisation.
• Lead projects and research: Drive innovative ideas to enhance our HR&OD service.
• Build productive relationships: Collaborate with stakeholders customers and Trade Unions.
• Show resilience and adaptability: Balance competing priorities and deliver to timescales in a dynamic environment.

What were looking for:

• HR Expertise: CIPD qualified or equivalent experience within the HR&OD profession.
• Strategic and Operational Knowledge: Broad understanding of people management policies local government term and conditions of employment employee recognition health & well-being initiatives and delivering projects.
• Advisory Skills: Confidently advise senior leaders and service managers to make sound and lawful decisions.
