We are looking for a Cloud Service Manager for our Cloud Team and their tasks will be:
Responsible for overseeing the delivery performance and continuous improvement of cloud services across the organization. He/she will act as the bridge between technical teams business stakeholders and service providers to ensure that cloud services meet agreed-upon SLAs compliance standards and business needs. The mission is to drive operational excellence customer satisfaction and innovation in cloud service management.
Qualifications :
Must requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud service delivery or IT service management
- Proven experience managing cloud services in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of cloud operations SLAs and service lifecycle management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Used to follow up and coordinate operation tasks
- Required technical skills: Deep knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS PaaS SaaS) and cloud governance and Service delivery manager (BAU/Run)
- Proficiency in service performance monitoring and reporting
- Familiarity with cost optimization and cloud financial management (FinOps)
- Understanding of cloud security compliance and risk management
- Experience with incident problem and change management processes
Optionals technical skills:
- Certifications: ITIL v4 PMP FinOps Certified Practitioner
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies
- Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of contract and vendor management
- Background and experiences: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field
- Equivalent experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education
