What You Will Do:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Program Technologist with 13 years of experience to support the design deployment and maintenance of multiple IT infrastructures and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) a strong understanding of cloud architecture and a passion for learning and innovation to include data science.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design deployment configuration and management of cloud infrastructure and services.

• Monitor cloud environments for performance availability and security.

• Support cloud migration efforts including data and application transfers.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automation.

• Maintain documentation for cloud environments configurations and procedures.

• Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and provide technical support.

• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices.

• Exposure to both pre and post financial reporting to fulfill financial operations (FinOps).

• Exposure to maintenance of various styles of SharePoint sites.

What You Will Need:

• Ability to obtain and keep a DHS Public Trust clearance.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum ONE (1) year of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).

• Familiarity with cloud services such as EC2 S3 IAM Lambda Azure VMs Blob Storage etc.

• Basic understanding of networking security and virtualization in cloud environments.

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell).

• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).

• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions).

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch Azure Monitor Datadog).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Power platform certification(s) (e.g. PowerApps Power Automate Power BI)

• Cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate Azure Fundamentals).

• Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
