Production Lead 2nd Shift

What our Arils Production Lead will do:

• Follow all GMP Food Safety & Company policies.
• Must be able to follow written and or verbal instructions.
• Be responsible for the company supplied items.
• Responsible to notify the supervisor of any issues arising regarding safety harassment or attendance issues.
• Must be able to operate safely around moving equipment such as extraction fillers and moving conveyors.
• Track all the finished goods being shipped.
• Must be able to read run plan.
• Must be able to train new employees in their assigned work area.

Compensation Range: $23.00 - $28.00

Qualifications :

Skills & experience that are necessary as our Arils Production Lead will include but not limited to:

• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time reaching bending and turning
• Able to work in cold and wet environment.
• Able to clearly communicate with other leads or supervisors.
• Able to climb stairs and platforms.
• Able to watch fast moving conveyors without getting sick.
• Must have mechanical aptitude.
• Prefer someone with leadership experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (preferred Bi- Lingual Spanish/English).
