Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage direct and coordinate all aspects of multiple and simultaneous projects.
- Responsible for project execution and successful completion.
- Manage RFIs submittals contracts change order requests subcontractor change orders etc.
- Work with other construction trades to ensure projects stay within schedule.
- Communicate to operations manager all project status.
- Responsible for managing & procurement to ensure budget estimates.
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of NFPA and trade standards is required.
- Must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- 3-5 years experience in the fire protection industry project management is recommended.
