Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate professional with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate has experience in luxury hotel operations knowledge of Opera and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility problem-solving ability under pressure and a team-oriented proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications :
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work as part of a diverse dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- A proactive solution-oriented approach
- University Degree
- Reception PBX or/and Guest Relations knowledge
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management System
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules shifts and guest needs
- Strong understanding of service standards and guest satisfaction metrics in luxury environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
