Job Summary
In this internship you will enhance your understanding of the role that Supply Chain plays in an international eCommerce environment and you will develop your communication skills in a complex matrix organisation.
Your key activities will be:
- KPI Reporting on a daily weekly and monthly basis using our operational performance dashboards (Reporting monitoring analysing & improved suggestions)
- Overseeing our order flow from A to Z (Payments open orders stock allocation on-time-dispatch returns) by being in close contact with the warehouses IT teams and local supply chain representatives
- Day-to-day escalation management of our Consumer care (Close contact with supervisors identify and report risks when needed)
Qualifications :
Heres what were looking for:
- You must be enrolled in a BSc or MSc program at a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship and currently reside in the Netherlands
- Fluent English solid MS Office skills (bonus points for experience in eCommerce)
- Proactive curious structured but also fun to work with!
- Available 56 months 4 or 5 days/week (4 in-office 1 remote)
