Job Summary

Joining the Dailymotion marketing team means taking part in the deployment of ambitious and creative multi-channel campaigns to share positive and engaging messages with young people. We are dedicated to providing innovative media solutions to our clients and are looking for a professional to drive our sales efforts in the Italian market.

As a Digital Sales Manager at Dailymotion your primary role will be to build strong relationships with media agencies and advertisers positioning Dailymotions media solutions as the ideal means to address clients needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Participate in the development of the business within an assigned territory in Italy focusing on targeted agency and advertiser accounts to exceed revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Client Relationships: Cultivate strong mutually beneficial relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to maintain a shared vision when interacting with clients ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Client Satisfaction: Prioritize client satisfaction to foster renewal business and generate incremental revenue.

  • Sales Pipeline: Actively manage the sales pipeline providing accurate revenue projections to support business planning.

  • Value Proposition: Effectively communicate and represent Dailymotions value propositions to clients.


Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital media sales with a strong preference for video-related sales.

  • Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills to articulate Dailymotions value to clients.

  • Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the digital media and ad tech ecosystem with a focus on video and programmatic advertising.

  • Existing Relationships: A network of existing relationships in digital media agencies brands media planners and buyers.

  • Attitude: A driven passionate and collaborative team player.

  • Sales Record: A proven track record of winning new business and consistently exceeding sales targets.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and a good understanding of English.
