Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused GSA - Housekeeping to join our team in Mysuru India. As a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel rooms and facilities.
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping
- Replenish guest room supplies including toiletries linens and amenities
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and productivity reports
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service to guests
- Adhere to safety and security procedures at all times
- Take initiative to personalize guest experiences through attention to detail and anticipation of needs
- Maintain guest privacy and safeguard their belongings during the cleaning process
Qualifications :
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Knowledge of cleaning products procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Warm and caring personality with a customer-focused attitude
- Good communication skills in English and local languages
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to anticipate and proactively address guest needs
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
