Job Summary
This is a rewarding and person-centred role supporting a young girl in the Hodge Hill area of Birmingham.
About the Role
Mum is looking for someone with previous experience in suctioning and PEG care but just as importantly someone with a bubbly personality who will gently encourage her daughter to take part in activities. A kind patient and nurturing approach is essential.
About the Client
I enjoy watching TV listening to music reading books and using my iPad. I also love spending time outside the house and really enjoy good company. I can become distressed if Im left alone or if I dont have engaging activities to do.
I have sensory processing difficulties and can be particularly sensitive to noise and busy or loud environments. I may need reassurance when I hear sudden or loud sounds as they can make me feel scared or overwhelmed.
This role is ideal for someone compassionate respectful and confident in delivering complex care in a home environment.
Qualifications :

- Peg Feeding
- Oral Suctioning
- Medication Administration
- Mobility
- Moving and Handling Equipment.
