AI Architect

As an AI Architect youll delve into the core of AI applying your skills across domains like healthcare transportation and chatbot development. Youll routinely work with techniques like computer vision NLP forecasting optimization and generative AI tackling real-world scenarios without getting lost in complexity. Youll translate business challenges into AI solutions aligning them with market needs and inspiring both employees and companies. Youll lead project teams to implement these solutions while considering legal ethical and moral boundaries. 

You collaborate with data scientists and AI experts to identify and pilot AI use cases ensuring they reach production readiness. Align with business teams to convert leaders visions into practical feasible technical solutions. You gather input from stakeholders and develop processes and products that meet current and future needs. You define the AI architecture and choose technologies from open-source or commercial options. Select deployment models (cloud on-premises or hybrid) for seamless integration with existing data and analytics tools.

You improve AI tools and practices focusing on continuous improvement. Implement feedback mechanisms to assess and recalibrate models as needed. You serve as an AI expert generating and sharing innovative ideas and insights with colleagues and customers through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Youll have knowledge and experience of the following: 

• At least 7 years of experience in AI and Data Science.
• Multiple examples where you coordinated a team in building end-to-end AI solutions.
• Experienced in developing (deep learning) models.
• Experience in securely and rapidly developing training evaluating debugging and deploying AI models in both practical and theoretical scenarios.
• Experience with modern computer vision tools for image classification object detection tracking and segmentation.
• Expertise in working with LLMs (GPT BERT etc.) and are familiar with NLP and LLM evaluation metrics.
• Hands-on experience in the development of AI solutions in cloud environments like Microsoft AWS or azure.
• You approach problem-solving with an open-minded and constructive attitude.
• You have the drive to stay up to date with the fast-changing AI landscape.
• Youre an excellent mentor who not only designs the architecture but also ensures our consultants implement it successfully.
• Conduct thorough code reviews particularly in Python to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Guide consultants from Proof of Concept (POC) to production leveraging your infrastructure knowledge to support deployment and optimization.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• You are resident in Belgium and look forward to working a limited days a week at the clients or our offices.
• You have experience in improving AI/ML strategies.
