Job Summary
Delivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the Way
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both public and back-of-house areas while ensuring high standards of safety and security. If you have a passion for cleanliness teamwork and providing exceptional service this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain public and back-of-house areas to high standards adhering to hotel guidelines.
- Assist with regular stocktaking of cleaning equipment.
- Safely handle and store cleaning agents in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with room cleaning houseman duties the laundry and uniform room and as other tasks required.
- Provide assistance to team members and support with guest requests as needed.

- Possess a positive friendly and guest-focused attitude
- Are physically fit and comfortable working independently
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrate flexibility reliability and are available to work a seven-day roster including weekends and holidays.
