Senior Transportation Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Transportation Analyst to optimize our logistics operations and drive cost-effective transportation solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data analysis process improvement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand Intuitives carrier network and shipping practices with a focus on routing guide compliance
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for service level improvements or cost savings
• Develop and maintain transportation models and dashboards to support decision making
• Help foster trusting relationships with carriers vendors team members and cross functional teams
• Assist in RFPs carrier negotiations and contract management
• Provide support for usage of SAP TMS
• Participate in the management of carrier invoicing and third-party audit and bill pay
• Develop and document work instructions and operational processes
• Prepare and present monthly operating results
• Run total landed cost analysis
• Ad hoc analysis project as needed by the business

Qualifications :

Skill/Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Analytics or related field
• 5 years of experience in transportation logistics or supply chain analytics
• Proficiency in ERP and Transportation Management systems MS Office products (familiarity with using Tableau dashboards a plus)
• Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written) required
• Experience in medical device pharmaceutical aerospace or other regulated industry strongly preferred
• Experience working for a Global organization across multiple functions and regions preferred
• Travel 10%
• Highly proactive with ability to work independently

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
