Hours: 40-Hour Days Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Analyzes large amounts of reimbursement data to prepare weekly and monthly reports for the leadership team
- Run Ad Hoc reports for specific providers departments to analyze performance across various services and clinics
- Proficient in utilizing several computer applications including Tableau Meditech Athena database and spreadsheet software. Able to learn new applications easily.
- Analyze and contribute to the development of reports and data insights as needed
- Provide coverage for essential tasks within the department during vacations and leaves
- Participate in the month end and year end process as assigned including account reconciliations and net revenue analysis
- Utilizes excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting internally and externally.
- Participate in the preparation of the regulatory reports and audits as assigned
- Work independently to maintain assigned databases and trending reports in a format consistent with the department standards meeting deadlines and deliverables goals
- Assist with tracking provider performance metrics statistics investigating variances and outliers and following up with other departments as necessary
