Position: Procedure Center Charge Nurse

Community Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Charge Nurse for our Procedure Center department. This is an excellent opportunity for an internal candidate to step into a leadership role and support the continued excellence of our perioperative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Procedure Center
- Support daily workflow and staffing coordination
- Promote a culture of safety accountability and patient-centered care
- Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
Hiring Salary Range: $38.00$43.70/hour
