Position Overview
As a BDR youll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers qualifying leads and setting up meetings for our Account Executives. Youll learn the ins and outs of the MSP industry develop your sales skills and gain exposure to the Microsoft ecosystemall while contributing to a high-growth SaaS company.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls send emails and connect with prospects via LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
Research and identify potential customers in your assigned territory.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Track activity and progress in Salesforce and other tools.
Learn continuouslyabout our product the MSP space and how to sell effectively.
What Were Looking For
Recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to break into tech sales.
Strong communication skills and a natural curiosity.
A hunter mentalityexcited to reach out start conversations and build relationships.
Coachable and eager to learn from experienced sales leaders.
Comfortable using email phone and social media to connect with prospects.
Interest in IT services cybersecurity or the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
Experience with tools like Salesforce Microsoft Office or HubSpot is helpful but not required.
Education: Associate or Bachelors degree preferred but we value drive and attitude above all.
