Do you enjoy working with retail customers think in solutions and have a strong sense for trends and opportunities As an Account Manager in Antwerp your mission will be to strengthen the visibility of our brands in the retail market build sustainable partnerships and shape the future of the market together with our partners.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
Following up existing customers in the retail channel (supermarkets and cash & carries): visiting these customers for orders selling promotions based on a general commercial planning implementing the agreed actions etc.
Responsible for achieving pre-defined qualitative and quantitative targets on the Pernod-Ricard Brands. Expanding the presence visibility of priority brands such as Absolut Havana Club Lillet Monkey 47 relevant off-trade outlets growing numeric distribution and rotation in liquor stores
Prospecting and seeking opportunities in your sector for F2 and F3-4 shops.
Participating in trade fairs open days events etc.
Coordinating and following up on commercial agreements.
Ensure excellent sales service based on availability and flexibility.
Autonomously ensuring service to your customer base.
With the help of an external merchandiser ensuring correct territory management with your customers.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Independently manage own planning and routing.
General administrative follow-up.
Ensuring correct response to commercial requests.
REPORTING
Monitoring of your visits distribution and sales via our CRM program.
Monthly analysis of sales statistics and reporting to manager.
Monthly reporting of budget management.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers
YOUR PROFILE

You have at least one successful experience in sales; a retail or liquor store network is a strong plus.
You ideally have knowledge of the wine and/or spirits industry.

You are highly organized stress-resistant flexible (no 9-to-5 mentality) full of energy and proactive.
You are passionate about hospitality and customer engagement.
You are fluent in French and Dutch; English is a strong plus.
You hold a valid driving license B.
