Were seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Melbourne-based team servicing and maintaining complex medical equipment used in infection control across hospitals day surgeries pharmaceutical and life science facilities.

This is a rare opportunity to transition into the healthcare industry with full training provided.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Perform safety and performance checks preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of infection control equipment including Autoclaves and Washer Disinfectors

• Maintain equipment at key pharmaceutical and life science sites across Melbourne

• Liaise with customers at various sites across Victoria

• Provide phone support to schedulers and customers

• Support major projects including equipment installations commissioning and validation

• Some statewide travel and occasional overnight stays.

What Youll Bring:

• Strong technical aptitude and a solution-focused mindset

• Experience with mechanics electronics motors pneumatics steam or pressure valves

• A restricted electrical license (highly regarded)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

• A proactive attitude and commitment to owning the outcome
