Job Summary
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
The Program Lead will be responsible for managing bodies of work working with the product and the Central Program team to establish and report on objectives and key results crafting and driving the cadence of critical meetings and ensuring that program/project progress is accurate and updated regularly. You must be a strong team player and successful collaborator with the ability to work directly with a wide range of diverse teammates. You will work closely with teammates within Innovation and Inline. Your ability to be organized and deliver results within an ambiguous innovation process is important in this position.

We are currently seeking a Program Lead with a strong technical and creative aptitude a unique blend of business acumen program management expertise and leadership skills. As a creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering results youll thrive in our fast-paced environment driving complex programs forward and achieving exceptional outcomes.
This role will lead product proof of concept and pilots help gather and organize feedback and performance metrics and establish the groundwork for product transition and will serve as a strategic thought partner to Innovation leaders by connecting dots and providing a holistic perspective across key areas of the AIC portfolio.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity building from scratch and always having a bias for action. They can develop solutions for challenges without an existing playbook. And they know how to partner with various partners to ultimately implement change.
- Bachelors degree in Program Management or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training.
- 4 years experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in an agency and/or consulting environment or at a FW or AP company.
- Experience managing and facilitating collaboration among diverse skill sets including designers technologists and marketers
- Ability to learn and consolidate highly complex concepts processes and ideas and synthesize them into materials to help communicate these ideas in a digestible and simplified manner.
- Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
- Strong project management capabilities to lead multiple project streams and complexity; propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented way
- Strong attention to detail proven track record to organize prioritize and deliver outcomes
- Excellent verbal written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical audiences
- Outstanding influencing skills with experience engaging diverse set of cross-functional partners
- Highly flexible able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
As a Program Lead youwill be required to utilize core project management communication presentation and creative problem-solving skills to drive and deliver projects of the highest level of quality that ultimately create great products.Success is defined not only as on time and on budget but partnering with the core team as well as other teams within Nike to discuss and define needs document and meet business requirements in a way that demonstrates creativity a high-level of quality and most importantly resulting in great products.
Fundamental elements of this work include:
- Execute and manage pilots to help prove plausibility of technology innovation including managing project scope requirements and success metrics.
- Work with cross functional teams across the business and manage multiple projects across multiple seasons and multiple platforms.
- Maintain all project documentation and specifications for your projects including schedules and presentation materials
- Identify issues and mitigate quickly with a strong sense of diplomacy
- Create systems and organization out of a chaotic process
- Ability to be flexible under pressure
- Able toclearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
