About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality operations and curate exceptional member experiences ideally the applicant will have event experience too. This hands-on leadership role oversees all food and beverage services event coordination and day-to-day club dining operations to ensure the seamless delivery of premium hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food & beverage operations including restaurant service bar and private dining.
Plan coordinate and deliver a range of member events private functions and club occasions across a busy event calendar.
Lead train and motivate a small high-performing hospitality team to deliver service excellence.
Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards of quality presentation and service.
Knowledge and a keen interest in wine.
Manage budgets rosters inventory and ordering and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with licensing food safety and workplace standards.
Uphold the privacy and exclusivity of the Club at all times.
About You
Proven experience in a senior hospitality management role within a premium restaurant private club or luxury resort environment.
Strong event management and operational skills with a focus on attention to detail and member satisfaction.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal abilities.
A passion for service presentation and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexible to work weekends evenings and event schedules as required.
Current RSA and Food Safety certifications (or willingness to obtain).
