Schedule Full Time 8hr shifts Monday Friday

Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forconducting direct recruiting activities and interfacing with other outreach contractors in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

1. Conduct direct recruitment activities including public speaking develop linkage with referral sources such as human services agencies recreation centers youth organizations local high schools one-stops and churches participate in center tours and contact potential enrollees to explore enrollment.
2. Prepare schedule and provide outreach presentations in the assigned area in support of the regional outreach efforts.
3. Assist with leading tours follow on all attendees with an email text message or phone call.
4. Conduct a tour survey and communicate with supervisor and the center to follow up.
5. Prepare necessary and required reports related to the recruitment and retention efforts.
6. Participate and promote student employability programs and activities.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking required.
• Social media and computer proficiency are also required.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
