Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Professional

Are you a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact National Counseling Group (NCG) is seeking a Functional Family Therapist (FFT) to join our this role you will work directly with youth and their families to address challenging behaviors through a structured evidence-based treatment model. You will conduct comprehensive assessments engage families in active change-oriented therapy and implement individualized treatment plans focused on achieving meaningful outcomes. Carrying a caseload of 1012 clients you will collaborate closely with families and community systems to build trust ensure engagement and support long-term success. Your work will include maintaining clear documentation aligned with the FFT model participating in supervision and training and delivering direct clinical services that make a tangible difference in the lives of those you serve. Compensation:

This position is compensated using a piece rate model where pay is based on the Relative Value Units (RVUs) assigned to each billable service. Each clinical service (e.g. individual therapy group therapy assessments) is assigned a specific RVU value and your total compensation is determined by the number and type of services you deliver.

Estimated income ranges:

• Associate Licensed: $41 - $44
• Fully Licensed: $45 - $48

The ranges above are estimates based on productivity. Under this compensation model there is unlimited earning potential!

As a Functional Family Therapist you will provide:

• Conduct a comprehensive initial assessment to include all desired treatment outcomes assessment of systemic strengths and needs comprehensive safety plan and analysis of contributing factors to referral behaviors
• Carry a caseload of 10-12 clients
• Engage the entire family unit in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement
• Implement problem conceptualization treatment planning intervention implementation case outcome review and strategy revision procedure
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback and that demonstrate compliance with the FFT model
• Collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants within each system to ensure their buy-in and cooperation throughout FFT treatment
• Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with the FFT model
• Participate in all FFT training supervision and consultation activities

Qualifications:

Education

• Masters degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology or closely related field

Licenses & Certifications

• Must be registered with the Department of Health Professionals as Licensed Eligible (Resident in Counseling Supervisee in Social Work).
• LPC LCSW LMFT

Experience (Preferred)

• Direct use of pragmatic (i.e. structural strategic and functional) family therapies
• Individual therapy with children and adults using cognitive behavioral techniques
• Marital therapy using behaviorally-based approaches
• Behavioral therapy targeting behavior change
