Summary of the Job:

The Analyst II Enterprise Sourcing supports FNBOs procurement and strategic sourcing operations through analytical support vendor coordination and process execution. This role manages supplier relationships supports business units in the execution of purchase transactions assists in identifying cost savings opportunities supports vendor selection processes implements procurement strategies and runs Enterprise Sourcing managed programs.

About This Role:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage enterprise sourcing programs including program tracking reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Support business units in the execution of purchase orders manage delivery timelines and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support vendor onboarding performance tracking and compliance with requirements
  • Support RFx processes including documentation preparation vendor communication and response analysis
  • Conduct contract and spend analysis to identify potential sourcing opportunities and cost reduction initiatives
  • Prepare for contract negotiations by gathering relevant data and market information
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers on pricing terms warranties and service-level agreements
  • Conduct cost analysis benchmarking and market research to gather pricing data and industry standards
  • Track savings supplier performance and key procurement metrics
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency transparency and compliance

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5 years of experience in procurement purchasing or related business function
  • Understanding of contract terms and vendor management principles
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
  • Experience working with business stakeholders across different departments

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services and/or technology services
  • Familiarity with procurement systems or e-sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques
  • Understanding of sourcing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience supporting managed services programs or enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Familiarity with program management fundamentals

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $62047.00-$102377.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience education and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team youll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
