Job Description
Elizabethtown College is seeking qualified adjunct instructors to teach courses in the Family Business and Entrepreneurship Graduate Certificate and concentration within the Master of Business Administration ( MBA ) and Master of Strategic Leadership ( MSL ) programs. The ideal candidate will bring both academic and practical expertise to the classroom offering students a dynamic learning experience grounded in real-world practice. Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience owning managing or working extensively in or for a family business . Strong understanding of the dynamics unique to family enterprises entrepreneurship and business strategy. A masters degree in business or a closely related field . Due to payroll processing limitations Elizabethtown College can only extend employment to applicants living in one of the following states: Pennsylvania Maryland New Jersey North Carolina or Virginia.
Preferred Qualifications
A doctoral degree (Ph.D. D.B.A. or equivalent) in a business-related discipline. Prior higher education teaching experience at the graduate level . Demonstrated commitment to inclusive teaching practices and student success.
