Role Description
The Sales Engineer is charged with ensuring complete customer satisfaction and understanding of the AutoAlert suite of products through all stages of the sales process.

You are a team player with problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset. You will be part of a diverse collaborative sales team of hardworking individuals to generate new revenue and relationship building.

Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle

Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical end users

Complete and submit all paperwork and/or reports required by the company including but not limited to weekly status reports

Achieve key performance metrics and goals

Demonstrate product usage

Represent product to customers online onsite and at trade shows such as NADA and Digital Dealer etc.

Convey customer requirements to the sales team

Regularly discuss your ideas initiatives and status reports with your manager to achieve established goals and objectives

Other duties as assigned

Your Impact and Experience
Bachelors degree preferred

2 years sales experience required

Demonstrated knowledge of market and competition

Customer support experience

Excellent customer-facing soft skills to interact with both internal and external customers

Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of the organization to maximize performance creativity problem-solving and results

Ability to adapt positively to changing priorities and to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but works with other team members inside and outside of the department.
