We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Valuer / Lister to join a thriving independent Estate Agency in the Chobham area.

The role involves valuing properties generating listings and providing outstanding customer service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals
• Generate new business and secure listings
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Negotiate offers and close sales effectively
• Work proactively within the team to achieve targets
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales or Estate Agency
• Strong listing and valuation experience
• Excellent sales ability with a track record of achieving targets
• High level of customer service skills
• Professional telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ambitious self-motivated and well-presented
• Knowledge of the Chobham / Woking area advantageous
• Full driving license and own vehicle essential
