What Youll Do
Drive dealership sales performance through clear leadership and daily accountability.
Recruit train and inspire sales professionals to reach their highest potential.
Foster a guest-centric culture that builds long-term loyalty.
Partner with the General Manager and corporate leadership to align strategy and process.
Manage digital leads inventory and sales metrics to optimize results.
Maintain compliance with Heritage policies manufacturer programs and all regulations.
What Were Looking For
35 years of dealership sales management or senior sales experience.
Demonstrated success leading a sales team in a high-volume environment.
Strong people skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
Process-driven mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.
