Job Summary
Job Title: Shift In-charge Production
Location: Rayong Thailand
Department: Production
Reports to: Senior Head Production
Job Purpose
To ensure safe efficient and continuous production of Carbon Black during assigned shifts. The role involves leading the operations team maintaining product quality and achieving production targets while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor production processes and ensure smooth plant operation.

Maintain quality and yield targets by controlling key process parameters.

Enforce safety standards and permit-to-work systems.

Lead and guide shift operators engineers and contract workers.
-
Manage raw material usage optimize costs and support continuous improvement.

Coordinate with maintenance and utility teams for troubleshooting and repairs.

Prepare and maintain daily production and incident reports.
-
Handle plant startups shutdowns and emergency situations.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
-
7-10 years of experience in production operations in a continuous process industry (Carbon Black Cement Chemicals Pigments Petroleum etc.).
-
Hands-on experience with DCS-controlled operations and SAP preferred.
-
Experience in greenfield projects will be an advantage.
Skills Required

Strong process and people management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
