Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join an international team based in Porto.
In this role you will interact with online communities manage content and communications across social platforms and ensure a high-quality customer experience while maintaining a positive and engaging digital environment.
We are seeking candidates with a strong customer service background who are comfortable working with KPIs and enjoy operating in a dynamic fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Sunday rotative 8-hour shifts with 2 rotative days off per week.
The main operating hours are 10:00 to 19:00.
Profile Required:

Fluent or native-level French (B2C1)

Good level of English (B1 minimum)

Previous experience in customer service or social media support

Familiarity with KPIs and performance-driven environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and professionalism

Flexible and adaptable to rotating schedules
