WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
As a Senior Instructional Designer e-Learning at SimCorp you play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our employees clients and partners. Your expertise in creating compelling and effective e-learning courses directly contributes to the success of our training this role you have the opportunity to impact the way people learn and grow professionally making a tangible difference in their career development. Your work ensures that our training solutions are not only educational but also engaging and relevant in todays fast-paced digital world.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps and design effective training strategies for a global workforce.
Design and develop engaging e-learning modules and multimedia assets using Articulate Storyline Articulate Rise Vyond and other ensuring accessibility interactivity and cultural relevance.
Collaborate with training requestors subject matter experts business leaders and other stakeholders to transform complex information into clear learner-focused digital content.
Evaluate and measure training effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance metrics applying insights for continuous improvement.
Align learning solutions with organizational goals and compliance requirements delivering scalable high-quality programs that support business impact.
WHAT WE VALUE
35 years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development preferably in a corporate or academic settings.
Proficiency with instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline Articulate Rise Adobe Captivate Vyond Camtasia or similar.
Solid knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theories (e.g. ADDIE Blooms Taxonomy Gagnes 9 Events Kirkpatricks Model of Evaluation etc.).
Ability to conduct learning needs assessments and performance gap analyses.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish for creating clear concise learning content.
Strong project management and time management abilities including managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality learner-centric content.
NICE TO HAVE
Masters degree in Instructional Design Education Educational Technology or professional certification (e.g. CPTD or APTD ID from ATD or other recognized orgs).
Experience with enterprise Learning Management Systems (e.g. Docebo).
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
Project management certification (e.g. PMI PRINCE2) and/or experience leading learning projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies are a plus.
Experience supporting change management or organizational development initiatives through learning.
