What youll do

  • Own and expand relationships with key strategic partners building trust and engagement up to executive/C-level.
  • Develop mutually valuable business opportunities (GTM Motions) with new and existing partnersincluding joint campaigns and co-selling initiatives.
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline sourced through channel efforts.
  • Facilitate partner onboarding enablement and alignment between Ivantis technical sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee integration readiness and solution compatibility across partner ecosystems.
  • Track evolving market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing legal and sales teams to drive successful partnerships.
  • Identify and cultivate future strategic partners to expand our impact in the region.
  • Measure and report performance targeting continuous growth in partner-driven revenue.

What you will bring

  • Fluency in both Italian and English (required).
  • Dynamic self-starter: eager energetic and able to proactively chase new opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levelsespecially up to the C-suite.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset; skilled at designing and implementing innovative partnership strategies.
  • Collaborative agile learner suited for fast-changing cross-functional environments.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Previous exposure to channel partner management or business development a plus.
  • Excellent motivator with outstanding interpersonal networking and communication skills.
