Role overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with deep technical and commercial experience in onboarding and accounts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop the product vision objectives value propositions and roadmap based on a deep understanding of the customer needs industry landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Define product requirements creating and maintaining a prioritised backlog based on customer research analysis and rigorous discipline to deliver overall product vision.
  • Act as the CEO of the product across all facets of the product organizing and collaborating with all the functional support teams required for product success such as operations and customer servicing marketing communications data legal regulatory and finance.
  • Lead and motivate the product and engineering teams through the development lifecycle

Essential skills/experience:

  • Domain expertise in customer onboarding and accounts in the UK and/or other European countries
  • Proven experience as a product manager in an agile fast-paced software development environment with continuous delivery using modern technology
  • Ability to create and innovate simple and intuitive propositions that demonstrate customer and business value

  • Strong attention to detail and quality with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Curiosity and ability to think outside the box while applying a rigorous data-led disciplined approach to product management and innovation

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in building SaaS platforms in B2B businesses
  • Experience in financial products and financial technology (within or outside banking sector)
