Job Summary
Job Description Summary
Responsible for driving integrated profitable and relevant product assortments and expressing the vision in the market place. Selecting and assorting product collections across categories to drive profitable premium category assortments as well as premium consumer experiences for retail and wholesale customers.
Responsible for the operational side of Merchandising within product creation engines focused on driving resource allocation style/sku efficiencies and consistency in the application of best practices technology and innovation across categories.
Typical Capabilities
Scope: Supports multiple teams smaller scale projects/programs and/or mid-size customers.
Complexity: Completes work with limited supervision. Acts as an informal resource for teammates.
Problem Solving: Provides solutions to more complex problems based on established best practices.
Knowledge & Skills: Has skills and proficiency to complete assigned tasks. Skilled in a range of processes procedures and systems.
