We are looking for a results-drivenNational Account Manager
with proven experience in the payments industry to join our growing this role you will be responsible for developing new strategic partnerships managing existing relationships and driving adoption of OTT Pays payment products at a national scale. This is a full-time permanent position that requires regular onsite presence at our 1123 Leslie St office location.

How you will contribute:

  • Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities with national key accounts in retail hospitality F&B e-commerce and other target sectors.
  • Develop and execute exhaustive key account strategy plan. Negotiate and close large-scale commercial agreements to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads adjusting as necessary to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Actively participate in contract negotiations and closing deals with key target clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for national accounts providing ongoing support identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong market awareness and continuously monitor industry trends competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product operations compliance and marketing teams to ensure successful client onboarding and solution delivery.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
  • 8 years of direct sales experience in enterprise B2B or key account management preferably within payments FinTech or financial services in North America.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment sales including processing solutions pricing models and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large deals and meeting/exceeding ambitious sales quotas.
  • Strong network within retail hospitality or financial services industries is a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate complex payment solutions into compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent English communication negotiation and presentation skills; fluency in French is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically manage a sales pipeline with national accounts.
  • Proficient in office software and sales management tools.

Office Location: 1123 Leslie Street North York

Schedule: Mon Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm
