As we grow our presence across North America were looking for a driven Account Manager to help us build strong relationships with MSPs ensure their success and support long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of MSP partners across North America.
Guide partners through onboarding training and adoption of Augmentts platform.
Develop a deep understanding of each partners business goals and help them achieve success with our solutions.
Responsible for Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and closing them
Monitor customer health usage and engagement to proactively address risks and drive retention.
Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to partners based on their usage and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing and support to ensure partner success.
Stay informed on MSP trends competitive landscape and the Microsoft ecosystem
Qualifications
2 years of experience in account management customer success or salesideally in SaaS or working with MSPs.
Strong understanding of the MSP business model including service delivery security and operational challenges.
Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystemespecially Microsoft 365 Azure and Intuneand how MSPs use these platforms to deliver services.
Ability to speak confidently about Microsoft licensing compliance and integration opportunities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with a growth mindset grit and a passion for learning.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) Microsoft Office and other SaaS platforms.
Proven track record of driving customer success retention and expansion.
