Job Summary
Outbound Call Center Representative Cedar Park TX
Start Date: October 13th 2025
Location: Cedar Park TX
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $20/hour during training (Potential to earn up to $25/hour after conversion)
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (37.5 hours/week with a 30-minute lunch)

What Youll Do:
Make approximately 150 outbound calls per day to prospective clients
Update and maintain accurate client records in the database
Deliver top-tier customer service on every call
Generate and qualify leads for internal follow-up
Represent the company in a friendly professional manner
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience making outbound calls
Clear and professional phone communication skills
Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new systems
Background in one or more of the following:
Call center telemarketing sales receptionist duties appointment setting or customer serviceEfficient typing skills
Friendly positive and goal-oriented attitude
