Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst leads requirements gathering process documentation and RPA opportunity identification to ensure automation projects align with business goals. This role facilitates collaboration across teams and drives process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business process analysis and identify automation opportunities
Develop detailed requirements and workflow documentation
Collaborate with developers SMEs and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Lead stakeholder workshops training and collaboration sessions
Track and report on automation impact and process improvement

Qualifications:

5 years of business analysis experience
Proven track record identifying and documenting automation opportunities
Strong knowledge of Agile practices and stakeholder engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced certifications in business analysis
Proximity and ability to work full time on site in San Diego CA
Active Secret Security Clearance
BS/BA in Business IT or related field
Certifications: CBAP or PMI-PBA
Contingent upon award

Compensation will be determined based on several factors including relevant experience education skills certifications and market conditions with an expected range of $115000 - $130000
