Were hiring our first Revenue Operations hire - a hands-on highly analytical Sales Data Analyst who will play a critical role in shaping how we track forecast and accelerate revenue.
This is a rare opportunity to build from the ground up. Youll support sales leadership marketing enablement our executive team and sellers with the data and insight needed to drive performance align execution and scale our business.
Youll own key GTM analytics and be responsible for building out performance reporting pipeline insights territory and quota modeling and forecasting. This role will be foundational to how we plan track and operate moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Stand up weekly sales scorecards by team and rep (First Time Appointments pipeline velocity forecast conversion metrics quota attainment etc.)
- Build monthly/quarterly business review reports for leadership exec team and board
- Analyze and maintain quota tracking in Salesforce ensuring real-time visibility
- Develop quota and territory models for annual planning and in-year optimization
- Improve forecasting accuracy through pipeline audits stage analysis and rep-level coaching insights
- Support account assignment models and performance reporting by channel region and segment
- Partner with enablement and marketing to assess lead conversion and onboarding impact
- Evaluate our current reporting stack (Salesforce Power BI) and make recommendations
- Drive improvements to data quality and CRM hygiene
Key Stakeholders
- Sales Leadership: Forecasting performance quota tracking
- Enablement: Onboarding progress rep productivity
- Marketing: Lead conversion campaign attribution
- Executive Team / Board: Strategic KPIs and business rhythm
- Sellers: Personal performance dashboards insights & territory readiness
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years in Sales Analytics RevOps FP&A or similar GTM roles (SaaS or HCM/payroll experience is a plus)
- Strong Salesforce and PowerBI reporting skills (or equivalent experience)
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data modeling best practices
- Ability to build dashboards define metrics and extract insights independently
- Experience in quota and territory modeling forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Bonus: SQL or scripting ability for deeper data manipulation
