Job Summary
Position Description:
As a Senior AI Engineer with significant experience you will lead and mentor junior developers on projects while contributing to various development tasks.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Theseresponsibilities include coding data analysis and participating in the design andimplementation of software solutions.
To excel in this role you should showcase exceptional creativity and innovation performwell under pressure and possess outstanding communication skills.
The ideal SeniorDeveloper will have a wealth of experience in software development the ability to meetdeadlines effectively and strong analytical capabilities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Core AIDevelopment including modeling.
Strong expertise in enterprise-level cross-platform integration within AI Development isessential.
A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Robust technical experience in coding.
Foundational knowledge of AI with practical exposure to business applications andproduction environments.
Experience in AI Engineering including:
- Mathematical and statistical programming complex data structures and algorithmanalysis.
- ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes data analysis and visual storytelling.
- Feature engineering reduction and selection.
- Hypothesis experimentation model building tuning evaluation and selection.
- AI engineering operations and pipeline development as well as cross-platform andenterprise system integration.
- Applied research and development.
Experience with technical architecture responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and effective time management.
Candidate must be open to working onsite at least 2-3 times a week in McKinley Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.
