The responsibility of this team is: to craft manage and continuously enhance a payment experience that is secure efficient and relentlessly focused on the customer not only for making purchases but also for withdrawing cash from ATMs with ease and confidence and our way of working is rooted in agility collaboration and a relentless commitment to innovation and excellence.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Process Management Specialist (Temporary) your mission is built on two pillars:

• Ensure operational excellence in payment-related processes collaborating with technical and business teams to define and implement functional requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement identifying pain points and proposing solutions based on KPIs customer feedback and regulatory needs.

Your contribution directly impacts on customer satisfaction regulatory compliance and the efficiency of our payment ecosystem.

You are a proactive team player committed to improving processes and staying ahead of industry trends and technological developments.

What are we looking for

You are passionate about delivering seamless secure and efficient payment processes for our clients. You bring a strong understanding of payment systems regulatory frameworks and process optimization within the Core Banking & Clients domain.

• Participate in transformation projects related to card usage and payment solutions collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and analyze payment processes proposing improvements based on performance indicators and customer insights.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payment regulations (e.g. PSD2 ISO 20022).
• Support the resolution of complex incidents related to payment processing.
• Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to Agile initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Este equipo tiene como responsabilidad diseñar gestionar y mejorar continuamente una experiencia de pago que sea segura eficiente y centrada en las personas usuarias. Esto incluye tanto realizar compras como retirar efectivo en cajeros automáticos de forma sencilla y confiable. Principales responsabilidades:

Como especialista en Gestión de Procesos (temporal) tu misión se apoya en dos pilares fundamentales:

• Garantizar la excelencia operativa en los procesos relacionados con pagos colaborando con equipos técnicos y de negocio para definir e implementar requisitos funcionales.
• Impulsar la mejora continua identificando puntos críticos y proponiendo soluciones basadas en indicadores clave retroalimentación de personas usuarias y necesidades regulatorias.

Tu contribución impacta directamente en la satisfacción de quienes utilizan nuestros servicios en el cumplimiento normativo y en la eficiencia de nuestro ecosistema de pagos.

Buscamos a alguien proactivo con espíritu colaborativo comprometido con la mejora de procesos y con interés por mantenerse al día en tendencias del sector y avances tecnológicos.
