Frontend Developer

We are seeking a skilledFrontend Developer with proven expertise in Flutter and web technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate not only delivers high-quality code but also contributes to architectural discussions and product direction. Youre someone with the drive to grow into a strong senior leader while still being hands-on. You will work closely with designers backend developers product and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of responsive performant and accessible user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Architect and implement features using Flutter and .
• Collaborate with backend developers UX/UI designers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Evaluate and improve frontend architecture for scalability performance and maintainability.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility including browser/device testing and optimization.
• Write clean maintainable and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for web and mobile applications.
• Take ownership of critical features and drive them from ideation through production with an eye toward long-term impact.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of professional Flutter development experience.
• 5 years of front-end development experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript and modern frontend tooling (Webpack Vite Babel).
• Experience with any web frameworks (Reactjs Nextjs Angular or Vuejs ) for building modern scalable web applications.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Provider BLoC Redux).
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to step beyond coding. Thinking about scalability user experience and long-term maintainability.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Playwright Flutter Test).
• Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
  
  

Nice to Have

• A degree certificate or diploma in a relevant area of study is a plus
• Experience with server-side rendering and SEO optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions Bitrise Codemagic).
• Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of cloud deployment environments (Firebase AWS).
