As part of this journey were looking for a hands-on and detail-driven Payroll Officer to join our People & Culture team.

This role is ideal for someone with 13 years of payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems supporting store teams and ensuring accurate and timely pay runs. Youll play a key role in maintaining payroll data resolving queries and supporting the transition to a new payroll system.

As a Payroll Officer you will:

Process weekly pay runs using HR3 and Kronos
Review and validate timesheets and leave requests
Investigate and resolve payroll queries from team members and external bodies
Generate pay run and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders
Maintain employee master data and personnel files
Support compliance with awards agreements and payroll legislation

What you will bring:

13 years experience in a payroll role ideally in retail
Experience with Kronosand SAP highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
Excellent communication skills able to explain payroll matters clearly
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a manual evolving environment
