What your day-to-day will look like
Youll play a key role in making sure our service runs smoothly and our team is thriving.
Youll support the Venue Manager in delivering standout service leading your team from the floor and making smart decisions in a fast-paced environment.
In this role youll be responsible for:
Creating rosters that work for both the business and your team
Leading coaching and developing a high-performing front-of-house crew
Training staff and making sure everyone is confident capable and guest-focused
Working with the Manager to keep an eye on KPIs from labour to customer satisfaction and helping the team hit targets
Overseeing smooth daily operations and ensuring all policies and health standards are followed
Jumping in to handle guest concerns and turning tricky moments into great experiences
Collaborating with kitchen and management teams to keep everything running like clockwork
What were looking for
Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy high-end restaurant or hospitality venue
A confident team leader with great communication and people skills
Someone who understands the ins and outs of rosters budgets and labour targets
A problem-solver who thrives under pressure
Passion for service team development and continuous improvement
Flexibility to work weekends evenings and public holidays as needed
