Responsibilities:
- Comply with General Motors training and standards
- Monitor customer comments and provide feedback through social media and ensure reputation management policies are in place
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the internet sales
- Prepare metrics and reports that can be used to measure performance of the department
- Energetic leader with the ability to train motivate and retain a successful sales team
- Demonstrate above average knowledge of automotive internet processes
- Work with third party vendors such as AutoTrader and True Car to generate and boost lead counts
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Efficiently set appointments
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive internet sales
- Knowledge of General Motors standards
- Proven track record of goal achievement
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong appointment setting abilities
