What will you be doing
This role will see you operate in complex environments while maintaining the IDs. You are required to be a proactive and client-centric player to ensure timely resolution is providedby managing requests through to successful completion. And youll be part of this by influencing our client satisfaction through being professional detail orientated and client motivated.
Mandatory Skills:
- Willingness to work in 24/7 environment supporting international clients
- Great communications Skills written and verbal English skills
- Using ticketing tools/system working in a 24/7 environment
- Knowledgeable in PowerShell Scripting and Windows Automation.
- Knowledgeable and proficient with information security principles associated with Access Management programs and processes; some include:
- Broad experience in account/access provisioning (create/modify/delete requests) on the following: Active Directory Users and Groups; Exchange mailboxes Azure O365 PowerShell scripting.
- Adhering to and maintaining (drafting new drafting updates etc.) Access Management policies standards and procedures.
Preferable Skills:
- Understanding of ITIL methodology and effective operations governance methods and processes.
- Knowledge of metrics aligned to ITIL Processes.
- Highly Self Motivates Goal Oriented and Self Directional.
- Good understanding of Windows environment.
- Initiate Bridge calls invite relevant teams to participate in triage till resolution.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Experience in customer handling/customer skills
- Excellent in understanding the escalation path and meet SLAs
- Excellent Multitasking Skills Team Player & Knowledge Sharing Skills
