In this dynamic environment we are looking for ambitious and self-driven IAM Engineers to join our Cyber Security Tech team.
Implement Conditional Access (CA) policies to enforce secure risk-based access controls across users devices and applications.
Configure CA policies to cover user and sign-in risk compliant devices hybrid identity scenarios and external partner access.
Implement Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MCAS) to monitor user activities detect anomalies and enforce real-time session controls for sanctioned and unsanctioned SaaS applications
Onboard privileged accounts systems and applications into CyberArk Vault to centralize credential storage and reduce the attack surface.
Configure and manage CyberArk Safes platforms and access control policies in alignment with organizational security baselines.
Implement automated password rotation and reconciliation for privileged accounts to prevent credential reuse and drift.
Deploy and operate session management and recording to control monitor and audit privileged activities in real time.
Define and operationalize access request workflows approval processes and break-glass procedures to maintain operational resilience.
What you bring matters
Bachelors degree in computer science Cybersecurity Information Technology or a related field
Minimum three (3) to eight (8) years of experience in security engineering with hands-on involvement in the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 E5 Security & Compliance features and CyberArk PAM
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security technologies including:
Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Conditional Access
Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MDCA)
Knowledge of CyberArk PAM technologies
Understanding of identity and access management Zero Trust principles and role-based access control (RBAC)
Certifications are a plus:
CyberArk Certified: Defender
CyberArk Certified: Sentry
Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Excellent communication and documentation skills capable of interacting with both technical and business stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset
Strong verbal and writing skills in English and Greek
